Help with the PeakSeek website and your email alerts.
PeakSeek scores the forecast at 117 adventure sport destinations worldwide, so you can see where your sport is at its best before you look at flights. Each destination links to a flight search on our partner Aviasales, where you compare and book. You can also ask us to email you the next time a destination turns Epic (use the "Email me when it goes Epic" form on any destination page).
Powder skiing, snowboarding, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, mountain biking, sailing, rock climbing, scuba diving, whitewater kayaking, paragliding, and wingsuiting.
Open any destination page and use "Email me when it goes Epic". Pick that destination or any spot for its sport, enter your email, then use the confirmation link we send (it works for 48 hours). We email you when a destination you chose turns Epic, at most once a day per destination. Every email has an unsubscribe link that also deletes your alert data. There are no push notifications yet.
Check that you used the confirmation link and look in your spam folder for mail from alerts@peakseek.co. Alerts only go out when a destination changes from not Epic to Epic on fresh data, so they can be weeks apart at some spots. If you still receive nothing, email support@peakseek.co.
Forecasts are refreshed on a schedule several times a day, and every destination page shows how old its reading is. Check local reports before you travel: PeakSeek is guidance, not a safety forecast.
Every destination gets a 0–100 condition score for its sport, grouped into the same tiers everywhere on PeakSeek: 85+ Peak, 65+ Good, 50+ Acceptable, under 50 Poor. "Epic" is separate from the tier: it means the sport's own peak gate is met right now — for example powder needs at least 15 cm of new snow at −2 °C or below, and surf needs 1.5 m+ swell with a 10 s+ period. Only Epic destinations get a flight price check. Thresholds are published in the versioned condition methodology (v2026.10.1).
How scoring works →PeakSeek retired accounts in October 2026. There is nothing to sign in to any more: alerts work by email alone, and your home airport and sport choices are remembered by your browser. To see or change your alerts, ask for a link on the Alerts page.
Email alerts →Every alert email has a link that unsubscribes you and deletes your alert data. Or enter your address on the Alerts page and we email you a link (valid for 1 hour) that lists your alerts, lets you remove one, and has a "Delete everything" button.
Email alerts →Old accounts no longer do anything, but their records stay in our database until we delete them. To have yours deleted now, email privacy@peakseek.co from the address you signed up with.
