The PeakSeek website does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. No analytics SDKs are embedded in this website.
We do not sell your personal information. We use the following processors to operate the service, each of which acts on our behalf and processes data only to provide its function:

| Awin | Hotel affiliate links. Same limitation as TravelPayouts. |
| Buttondown | Newsletter delivery, if you subscribe. Stores your email address and sport/cadence preferences; removed when you delete your account. |
Affiliate links do not identify you. When you click an affiliate link, the partner records the click for attribution; we do not share your email, name, or account data with them.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and authentication protocols.
Account data is retained while your account is active and is purged as described in the Account Deletion section below. Cached weather and fare data in our Redis cache is transient and expires automatically. We do not transfer your personal information internationally except where a processor above operates globally; where that occurs, the data is subject to that processor's standard protections and our agreement with it.

Our service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion removes your profile, saved destinations, trip plans, preferences, and push notification token. Data is purged within 30 days of the request.
