A reef-sheltered lagoon below Le Morne Brabant on the south-west tip of Mauritius. From May to November the south-east trade wind crosses flat, shallow water inside the reef. One Eye, the reef pass outside, is a wave spot for experts only. The airport is about an hour's drive across the island.
